Out of an abundance of caution, we are not taking any chances. For years, CAPATA has implemented flexible work arrangements for any Team Member desiring one.
• We have communicated to our Team that if they have symptoms such as fever, sneezing, coughing, etc. they should stay home. Hopefully, any such symptoms will turn out to be a cold or the flu - but stay home.
• If someone is at high risk or has family members at risk or with symptoms, they are advised to stay home.
• If anyone is concerned about commuting or being in places with large crowds of people, they are advised to stay home.
CAPATA has the technological capacity for our entire firm to work remotely, outside of the office, if need be. While we're hoping it doesn't come to that, we're prepared.
As many of you know, this is our busiest time of year, with tax filings and financial statement regulatory deadlines quickly approaching. We won't forget these and are committed to maintaining the quality and timeliness of service that you expect from CAPATA.
We'll keep on top of the information provided by local health and government authorities and provide any changes to status as they come in.
Any major changes will be communicated via email.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
